Return Within 14 Days

At Trendora, you can return products within 14 days, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, including original tags and labels.
Packaging must be undamaged and in good condition.
Returned items must show no signs of use.

Note: If returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept your return. Trendora reserves the right to reject returns if the products are used or damaged due to reasons not caused by us.

Important: Make sure your return includes a Track & Trace code. Parcels returned without proof of shipment and tracking that are lost will not be refunded. Returning without Track & Trace is at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation via email. You will receive the refund to your account within a few days after we process your return.

Canceling an Order

You can only cancel an order within 5 minutes after placing it. After this time, your order will be processed immediately and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Return Shipping Costs and Risk

Returns are always at your own risk. Trendora does not reimburse return shipping costs.

Wrong Item or Incorrect Size?

If you received the wrong item or an incorrect size, we will make sure to send you the correct item free of charge!

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
