Shipping Fees

We cover all shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge, with no minimum purchase required.


Order Processing & Shipping Time

Found the perfect item on our site? Of course you want it delivered quickly! That’s why we work hard to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during the weekend may take slightly longer to process.

  • Once processed, your package is shipped out with an average delivery time of 5–10 business days.

Receiving Your Order

Once your package is delivered, you can enjoy your purchase right away! If you experience any issues, you can exchange or return the product. Check our Returns page for more information.


Damaged Product?

We’re sorry to hear that! Although rare, damage can occur during shipping. If this happens:

  • We’ll send a new package free of charge on the first incident.

  • Please note: We do not issue refunds for the first claim.

  • If the issue occurs again, we will proceed with a full refund of the purchase price.


How to Order

Ordering from Trendora is easy:

  1. Go to the product page and click "Add to Cart."

  2. Double-check your selected options and click "Checkout."

  3. Enter your accurate contact and shipping details.

  4. Click "Continue to Shipping" and confirm your address. Shipping is always free!

  5. Click "Continue to Payment" and choose a secure payment method.

We accept the following payment methods, all protected by SSL encryption:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

Select your preferred method and click "Complete Order." You’ll be redirected to a secure payment platform. Having trouble? Contact us right away — we’re here to help.


Lost Package?

If your package is lost or undeliverable due to logistics issues, we will always resend it once before considering a refund or return.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipment, it becomes eligible for a full refund.


Missed Delivery or Post Office Pickup

If your package is delivered to your home or local post office, Trendora covers the shipping costs. However, if the package is not accepted or picked up and is returned to sender, we reserve the right to deduct $15 from your refund.
